By accessing or using ENOVA.pk, submitting a quote request, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

 

3. Product Information & Availability

  • All product descriptions, specifications, and images on ENOVA.pk are for general information purposes only.
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels and supplier conditions.
  • ENOVA reserves the right to modify product details, prices, or specifications without prior notice.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may vary based on location, configuration, and market conditions.
  • Payment terms for wholesale and bulk orders are determined individually through official quotations.
  • ENOVA may request advance payment before shipment or installation.

 

5. Orders & Delivery

  • All confirmed orders are processed according to ENOVA’s Shipping & Service Policy.
  • Delivery timelines depend on product type, stock availability, and destination city.
  • Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once full payment is received and delivery is completed.

 

6. No Returns Policy

ENOVA does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except for faulty or damaged items. All claims must comply with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Warranty

  • All products sold by ENOVA are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Warranty duration and conditions vary based on product category (e.g., lithium batteries: 5–10 years, DC motors: 6–12 months).
  • Warranty is void if the product is mishandled, installed incorrectly, or used outside recommended conditions.

8. Installation & After-Sales Service

  • Installation services are available in select cities, including Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
  • Service timelines are scheduled upon order confirmation and payment.
  • ENOVA is not liable for performance issues arising from third-party installations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and digital assets, is the property of ENOVA.pk and is protected by copyright laws of Pakistan. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

ENOVA shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Product misuse or improper installation
  • Delays in delivery due to logistics or force majeure events
  • Losses resulting from power failure, system overload, or environmental factors

Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund (if applicable) of the purchased item under warranty terms.

11. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate personal and contact information during inquiries and purchases.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before ordering electrical components.
