ENOVA provides delivery to all major cities and industrial zones across Pakistan, including:
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
- Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Peshawar
- And other regions through partner logistics companies
We deliver through POSTEX, TCS, Leopard Courier, Trax Logistics, and specialized cargo for large items such as batteries and solar equipment.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Small Products (DC Motors, Controllers, Accessories): 2–4 business days
- Medium Equipment (Batteries, Inverters): 3–7 business days
- Large Solar Systems / Industrial Orders: 7–14 business days (custom scheduling required)
Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, courier partner performance, and destination city.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs depend on product weight, size, and delivery location.
- For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping is quoted separately.
- Promotional offers may include free shipping within Karachi or on selected items.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or email. You can track your parcel directly through our logistics partners’ websites.
6. Packaging & Handling
- All products are securely packed to prevent transit damage.
- Fragile items like lithium batteries and solar panels are packed using industrial-grade protection materials.
- ENOVA is not responsible for damages occurring after delivery confirmation unless covered by warranty terms.
7. Installation & Service (For Solar & Battery Products)
- Installation services are available in major cities including Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
- Residential and commercial installation schedules are coordinated after advance booking.
- Our trained engineers ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Remote technical support is available via WhatsApp or phone for upcountry clients.
8. Product Warranty & Support
- Most products come with an official manufacturer warranty (e.g., 5–10 years for lithium batteries, 6–12 months for DC motors).
- Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and are subject to inspection by ENOVA’s technical team.
- Replacement or repair timelines may vary based on stock availability.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the technical and electrical nature of our products, ENOVA does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
All sales are final for batteries, DC motors, solar equipment, inverters, and accessories, as these items cannot be resold once unpacked, installed, or connected to power systems.
We ensure every item is tested, verified, and securely packed before shipment to guarantee quality and performance.
In rare cases where a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers may request an inspection or warranty claim under the product’s manufacturer or ENOVA warranty terms.

10. Force Majeure
ENOVA shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, transport strikes, customs delays, or government restrictions.
